A Gentle Mindful Hatha Yoga Class overlooking the stunning Waterfoot beach at the foot of Glenariff, Queen of the Glens.

The venue is GYM 208: comfortable  & spacious.

Mats are provided.

Wear loose stretchy clothing and bring a small pillow/blanket for the relaxation.
